  • How far in advance do I book?
    We enjoy booking at your own pace - as far out as you can or as close to the event date as you need! The average booking time is 4-6 weeks out, but with our positive team energy, we have handled events with only 48 hours notice! Contract and payment is due upon booking.
  • What information do you need for booking?
    We will need your date, time, activity and group size to put into a proposal or contract/invoice to book. One of our team members will reach out closer to the event date with specifics and customizations. We love communication, so feel free to share any and all information that will help your event be a success. There are no stupid questions. No, REALLY, there are no stupid questions!
  • How do I book & pay?
    Our contracts and invoices are emailed via digital link. You can pay by ACH, credit card, PayPal, or Zelle. Our favorite way to receive payment is ACH.
  • What are the deadlines for the final headcount?
    Event headcount is due one week prior to the event date, unless your event is booked within a week. At that point, we usually talk to you every day, so we will be up to speed with all of your details.
  • When is final payment due?
    Final payment is due 14 days in advance of the event. We request payment in full in advance of all events so we can put all of our details into place and be ready to operate a smooth and seamless event for you!
  • Can we add attendees?
    Always! The more the merrier! Some events are charged per person and some are a flat fee. We will submit a final invoice for any attendee additions as soon as we receive communication from you.
  • What if we want to change the event or shift the date?
    We will do our best to accommodate all of your requests! Please note there are times we book things that have a nonrefundable fee, and in those cases there will be additional charges.
  • Do we get refunded if we have low attendance?
    We understand that you do your best to anticipate attendance and sometimes people make other choices onsite! We do charge you based on the final headcount guarantee you submit one week prior to the event. As we pride ourselves in repeat clients, we will provide you a credit towards a future event.
  • When planning an event, how involved can our team be in the customizations?
    We work best with one team leader from your end, and you will have one team leader from our end. We welcome all your ideas and thoroughly enjoy the process of collaboration. Together we will co-create a fantastic custom event!
