Vision
Vision Quest Challenge: Mission Impossible
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This Mission Impossible challenge is a team building event with high energy, healthy competition and creativity.
This event begins with all attendees enjoying iconic scenes from films throughout the decades. Participants are then divided into teams and assigned a color.
They randomly pick a card out of a Mission Impossible case, thereby accepting that mission. Using their combined creativity and recall, groups work together to direct and produce their own scene using as many of the quotes as they can with the theme they randomly picked. The more quotes used in their mission, the higher points are scored, resulting in winning an Oscar (which can be personalized to your chosen theme).
In this challenge, each group will have the opportunity to step out of the life they currently live and step into another person’s experience through the lens of film. This event spills over into one’s life, where they experience more inclusivity, self awareness and empowerment to step into one’s best life.
Sightseeing Hike
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This is a low energy wellness event where attendees go at their own pace. They can go fast and get to the end and enjoy refreshments, or they can go slow and enjoy the hike.
This experience takes attendees through the Bolsa Chica Wetlands or one of the beautiful Laguna hiking trails. We can customize this as a low leisure hike or a fast-paced hike depending on the length of the trail.
We open the hike with thought-provoking information about what they will see, preparing them along the way that this is both vision through the eyes and vision through the heart. As we close out the hike, we return to those thought provoking ideas, sharing how differently each person saw the hike.
CPR certified guides accompany the entire group and they discover more about the beautiful Southern California area.
Life in Colors
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This is a wellness event with 3 stations on a flow. At each station attendees will have the opportunity to learn all about: the science of color, their personality type based on color, and the power that color has on one’s physical appearance.
This wellness event is a light physical experience. Attendees come with curiosity and wonderment and will gain insight into not only how they see themselves, how they see others and also how the world sees them through the lens of colors.
This event has a perfect CSR add-on. We partner with a non-profit organization in a charity giveback. Using the newfound awareness of colors, teams create boxes of items to be donated to women's shelters and teens at risk.
Sightseeing Run
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This is a high energy wellness event where runners push themselves to complete the course. You have the option to start this event at the hotel, or transport the group to a designated running course and the route is customized to your liking. There are first place winners in different age groups. For a slower event we can do a leisure run with no winners.
This experience can be done on the coastline or trails that are more challenging with an incline and decline.
We open the run with thought-provoking information about what they will see, preparing them along the way that this is both vision through the eyes and vision through the heart. As we close out the run, we return to those thought provoking ideas, sharing how differently each person saw the landscape.
CPR certified guides run with the group as the attendees enjoy the vision of the beautiful Southern California landscape.
Looking Glass Scavenger Hunt
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Go on a magical journey with your team members. This event is a new twist on the old favorite scavenger hunt following in the footsteps of the classic book Alice in Wonderland.
This hunt begins with a thought provoking introduction on the hidden meanings that each character brings to this scavenger hunt. Attendees are then divided into teams, and a team leader is chosen. Next, the team leader downloads our scavenger hunt app, and each team completes challenges simultaneously as participants travel out of the hotel and into the looking glass experience.
They are transported into a magical world. They meet the Cheshire Cat, who serves as a representation of wisdom and guidance amongst the White Rabbit’s frantic behavior in a constant state of anxiety, which represents the human condition of feeling overwhelmed and trapped. There is so much more to this event, but for now it will remain a secret…“curiouser and curiouser”.
This team building event inspires cooperation with teammates and healthy competition between the teams.
Vision Olympics
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Just like the five Olympic rings that represent the continents of the world — Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Oceania, we bring your team together, each receiving a color and a ring for this FEV version of the Olympics.
This is a fast-paced challenge and team building event. FEV guides each participant to expand their vision in healthy competition as teams travel through 3-6 activity stations focusing on fitness, cooperation and team building.
Each client that books this event can pick from a long list of activities for their stations. These physical challenges include old time favorites like Cornhole with unique new twists, like Energy Toss. These 6 stations can be customized around your company's culture or goals. The Olympics are centered around different experiences of vision, cheering your teammates on as they compete, whether it be through your eyes, your voice, or your heart.
Sound
Sound Bath
STARTING AT $2000 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
This is a restore and relax event with an element of mystical introspection. A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are bathed in sound waves. These waves are produced by various healing instruments, for example: gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, or tuning forks.
It begins with an introduction to the properties of sound and the historical secrets to healing through sound.
Participants are then invited to lay down and be bathed in sound. It is a relaxing 60 minutes that ends with a 5 minute silent meditation to incorporate all of the beautiful vibrations. The group then gets comfortable for an integration discussion.
This can be either a group wellness event or done in succession.
Yoga in Sound
STARTING AT $2000 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
Yoga in Sound is the first of our 3 yoga events. Yoga is a popular event where attendees can experience profound shifts in their physical, mental, and emotional states.
FEV Yoga in Sound begins with a discussion that expands the attendees’ vision of yoga and introduces them to a sacred mantra. Combining mantras with yoga is an ancient secret that brings an awareness of the spiritual aspects of yoga and sound. Attendees will also be introduced to the vast yogic practices from around the world. They will then move into basic yoga poses, guided by the instructor with a strong emphasis on sounds. The music is intentionally curated to match the yoga flow.
This class comes to a beautiful ending with a 10 min sound bath meant for relaxation and deep introspection. We close this class out with Namaste, the god in me honors the god in you.
Breathwork in Vibration
STARTING AT $2000 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
This is a personal favorite, a multisensory experience through breathwork paired with high vibrational music and instruments. This unique wellness event incorporates 2 very powerful modalities: breathwork and vibration.
Vibration throughout the body in just 3 minutes can help release stagnant energy from your neck and shoulders, refresh your brain, and enhance your concentration and creativity - and there's science to prove it. Participants will open the meridians of the body using vibration tools and techniques.
FEV teaches 3 different breath techniques and the properties behind this ancient art. The power in breathwork is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in. With our unique combination, participants can feel a new level of peace and deep relaxation as they connect through breath and sound.
This can be a group wellness event or done on a flow incorporating 3 stations.
Name That Tune Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This is a team building event with a high energy challenge.
Music creates a moment in your life, a memory is then created allowing you to relive that moment over and over.
No matter their age, this challenge grants attendees permission to return to their high school dance and know it for the first time. After a journey through time, listening to clips of songs throughout the musical eras, participants are then divided into teams. Each team picks a musical director, lead singers, and background performers.
Short musical clips are played in quick succession inviting the team members to Name That Tune, lip sync, and perform to transport them through time to that memorable dance. Each correct guess earns points, each accurate lip syncing earns points, with extra bonus points for the teams that create choreography to accompany the song.
Team members will get to know each other on a deeper level as they compete to Name That Tune. Teams will be judged on speed, accuracy, choreography, as well as positive team engagement.
Cymatics & Breathwork
STARTING AT $2000 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
This is a relaxing and restorative event. You probably know what Breathwork is, but look what we have combined it with ...Cymatics! Cymatics, a century old science is brought together with the magic of breathwork. Research has shown that specific sound frequencies can reduce stress and anxiety. Although cymatics was founded in the 1800’s and was studied more intensely in the 1960’s, there is still so much more to be uncovered.
During a cymatic sound bath, the music emits sound waves at specific frequencies that resonate with the body's natural frequencies. These vibrations promote balance and harmony in mind and body. We have combined it with our FEV Breathwork.
In this event we feature Nigel Stanford’s music and his amazing work with cymatics, combined with our deep love for breathwork. This event uses vibrations and specific frequencies to stimulate healing, particularly in the brain while the body relaxes laying down on a mat. This event incorporates breathing positive energy in, releasing negative energy and toxins out.

Soundscape Experience

HEADSETS ADDITIONAL $50/PERSON
This event is very versatile. You can choose between any of our activities where participants wear pre-recorded headsets creating an invisible energy where everyone has a shared teambuilding experience.
This technology is over a decade old, and we have added a new twist. A headset keeps the sound in the individual person’s ears and it connects to all the other participants’ energy without any disturbance for anyone NOT in the group.
This can also be turned into a team challenge where attendees are listening to 4 different music channels and the team that finds their teammates first wins. This is a nonverbal experience.
This soundscape event creates a beautiful inclusive sound experience and can activate all your senses during one activity.
Taste
Vibrational Cooking
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Calories shmalories! Quantum physics and quantum mechanics provide scientific proof that is both amazing and mind boggling: food vibrates people. This is not a class to see your food vibrate (maybe if there’s an earthquake😉).
Wellness practitioners have a theory that if you eat foods that have a high vibrational level, your body goes into sympathetic resonance with those vibrations and you feel healthier and happier.
This wellness event starts out in a group discussion, and then attendees break out into 3 different stations to experience the knowledge around vibrations of different foods. This pairs well with food & beverage add-ons. This can also be turned into a team building challenge.
This event has a perfect CSR add-on as well. We partner with a non-profit organization in a charity giveback. Using the newfound awareness of food, teams can create boxes to be donated to homeless shelters and food banks.

Name That Taste Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This team building event is exactly what it says!
After a brief education on the different tastes, participants are divided into partners.
They choose a giver and a receiver. The receiver is blindfolded and has one guess to choose the correct food. The teams advance round robin style until a final partnership is revealed as the winner. After the awards everyone is invited to share their experiences as they investigate the remaining flavor profiles on the food boards.
Tastes can be customized or you can use our standard flavor profiles, which are based on seasonal items.

Custom Cocktail Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Mixology meets mythology in this fun mash-up socializing event.
For the first 30 minutes, attendees receive education on the energy behind spirits (alcohol not ghosts! 😁). They learn the history around mixers and garnishes. Participants are then assigned teams. Then a slow-paced happy hour begins.
Teams are invited to combine each members’ different tastes with their individual energy to create the perfect custom cocktail. After they choose their spirit, they can earn extra mixers and garnishes by successfully completing team challenges. When the hour is up, each team presents their cocktail with a name and the myth behind it.
Judges choose a winning team based on 3 criteria: creativity, inclusiveness, and the taste of the final creation. Extra points are given for the cleverness in creating the myth behind the mixology choices.

Food For Wellness
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This is our second FEV event where we focus on food. However, instead of vibrational food, this event focuses on healing food. As Hippocrates famously quoted, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”.
The ancient Greeks knew that food and positive energy went hand in hand. Learn about foods that promote our wellbeing and make us feel good from the inside out, particularly foods that reduce inflammation in the body.
This event starts out as a group discussion, and then attendees break out into 3 different stations to experience food for wellness. Learn from both a scientific and nutritional perspective to discover your own personal relationship with food. This pairs well with food & beverage add-ons.
This event has a perfect CSR add-on as well. We partner with a non-profit organization in a charity giveback. Using the newfound awareness of food, teams can create boxes to be donated to homeless shelters and food banks.

The Secrets of Ayurveda
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
There are secrets, and there is Ayurveda, and FEV has put them together for this enlightening event. One secret says that how you eat is more important that what you eat. The golden rule in Ayurveda is to chew each bite 32 times. We reveal this and many other secrets in this event.
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest medical systems. The secrets to both Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine suggest that all individuals have energy. In Ayurveda, every individual is unique.
This is an event on a flow with 3 stations where attendees learn the importance of each Dosha (energy types – Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and experience the secrets of Ayurveda. This pairs well with food & beverage add-ons. This event can also be converted from The Secrets of Ayurveda to The Secrets of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Pickles & Pickleball
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Yes, you read that right! This is a team building challenge combined with a wellness curiosity, learning the powers of how pickled foods affect gut health combined with pickleball.
This event flows with 3 parts: first, the education of pickles and the role they play in the digestion of your food; second, a tasting of different pickled foods to experience your likes and dislikes; and third, play and cheer on your fellow colleagues as they play pickleball in a round robin game style.
Enjoy pickles and pickleball!
This event brings positivity into an afternoon of gaming and gustation - yes that’s a real word! To put it simply, eat some pickles, hit a ball around the court, and enjoy the Southern California sunshine!
Feeling
Multisensory Massage
STARTING AT $3000
This is the pièce de résistance in the Feeling category. This event is all about a hands-on healing experience. It is for those groups who can't choose just one massage: hand, foot, or neck. They can go to one, all 3, or none and just hang out in the Cozy Corner listening to zen music. There are added bonuses: they can just pick up information, choosing not to experience it; or they can jump in to experience first, taking the information second; or just have an experience.
Kathryn and Tobey personally pick our FEV massage therapists, ensuring the event is filled with happiness, love, light, and excitement for the future. We say NO to those interested in doom and gloom and YES to those creating hope, health, and happiness!
This is a stress relieving event in 3 stations that participants can travel through receiving 3 types of massages: foot, hand, neck/back, all while immersed in relaxing sounds through our zen headsets.

Reiki & Tai Chi Challenge:
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
FEV has done it again! We have combined 2 things that may not seem to go together, but in our events they pair perfectly.
Reiki is a form of energy healing originating in Japan and Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. We have combined these 2 ancient energy practices with a modern day twist for a perfect team building event.
Reiki is founded upon unblocking your energy. Tai Chi has evolved into a form of sport and exercise with deliberate flowing movements and deep breaths, and together these 2 modalities are focused on the energy centers.
This event starts with a lesson and group discussion teaching the different Tai Chi movements and importance of Reiki symbols, then attendees break into teams and create their own Tai Chi flows and Reiki energy symbols.
Teams showcase their flows and symbols and engage in healthy competition to choose the top winners.
Line Dancing Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Line Dancing is fun. Team camaraderie is fun. Choreography is creative and inspires people to come together in movement. We we have created an FEV event with all of these elements.
This challenge has it all: music, teams, levels of execution, personal expression and flair.
Attendees learn some basic line dancing steps as a group and then break into teams to choreograph their own custom line dance.
Each team choreographs to the same song, then self-appoints a lead dancer, and lastly, together they create their personal line dance. Our FEV instructor is there to guide and assist in the choreography.
Teams showcase their dances and engage in healthy competition to choose the top line dance. Winning teams are judged on accuracy, creativity, performance, and most importantly displaying the energy of JOY! The last 10 minutes is inclusivity, as everyone enjoys the different line dances.
Blindfolded Freeze Tag
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
The name says it all, but of course FEV has added a new twist. This event begins with an introduction to the Life Experience Box, then discussions begin on the different experiences that accumulate to form a life's journey. Each different experience is discussed as the diversity of each possible life is accepted and honored.
Following this shared experience, participants are divided into teams, choosing a team leader, who is sequestered. Then each team picks an assignment out of the Life Experience Box. Next each member is assigned a role in the life experience event. Lastly, the leader is brought in and blindfolded.
A song plays so each person can act out their role, and then it's time to freeze; everyone freezes, except our blindfolded leader. All participants must work together to cohesively create the life experience.
To win, teams must help each other to reveal the event they picked out of the box, resulting in the leader guessing correctly. Points are given by feeling the energy of their teammates, with accuracy and speed, supporting their leader's journey to disclosure.
Breath, Scent & Balance Yoga
STARTING AT $2000 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
This is our second Yoga event (if you’re going in order), paying homage to the power of 3, Breath, Scent & Balance. This unique experience combines breathwork, essential oils, and movement to help participants connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
The first thing you do when coming into this world and the last thing you do when you leave is breathe. Breath is the foundation of this yoga experience.
Scent anchors a memory and brings up the emotion connected to it. A balanced life experiences all the positive energy available to the human journey. We have combined this trio for a memorable hour and a half. It begins with a discussion on breath, scent, and balance and yogic instruction. The next 70 minutes, we combine breathwork, the balance of yoga, and the scents of essential oils misted in the air. This is a great way to start the day or a relaxing way to end after a long day of meetings.
Beach Volleyball Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Even if you don't have a beach, this is volleyball at its best! You have the feeling of the sun on your back, the scent of the ocean (or we can simulate one 😉), the positivity of your teammates, and increased intuition during a day of healthy competition.
FEV provides a special volleyball: beach volleyballs are softer, lighter, and marginally bigger. With fewer players per side on the beach, that bigger floatier ball allows for participants to be close in distance and make those impressive diving plays that are the hallmark of a successful event.
Participants are divided into teams of 4-5 and play short 10 minute rounds. This allows time for mind teaser intuition challenges, where teams can earn bonus points. The teams rotate through until a final winner is chosen. This pairs well with food & beverage add-ons.
We love beach volleyball, and we love this event, it’s so fun!
Scent
Essential Oil Experience
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
There are lots of oils, the best are essential. We have partnered with a high energy botanist to create this essential oil experience. It's the same botanist who created our very own FEV custom oil.
This event begins with an organized sharing of knowledge around the healing properties of different essential oils. The experience then begins.
With freedom guests move through stations where they learn about the secrets contained within each particular oil: the frequency, energy, and vibration that is provided by specific plants found all across the world.
Armed with this new knowledge, they then choose several oils and create their own blend to take home. Attendees will also receive a custom FEV Wellness healing/medicinal oil utilizing the plants they learned about.
This can be either a group wellness event or done on a flow.
Name That Scent Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
A nose, a blindfold, and the power of recall make this challenge a shared bonding experience.
We know that scents are a very powerful part of the human condition. A particular smell can change the chemistry in your body. Odors take a direct route to the limbic system, which are the regions related to emotion and memory, thereby impacting neurotransmitters. And that's science baby!
This is a structured team building challenge that has a hint of wellness. After a brief education on different scents, participants are divided into teams. They then are given the challenge to take scents of their choice and assign a meaning, a memory, and an emotion. One person is blindfolded, while the others are the givers of various scents. The ultimate goal is to have every member of your team "Name That Scent" within the allotted time period.
Each team is scored on speed, accuracy, creativity, inclusivity, and participation. In the rare case of a tie, a speed round will decide the winning team.
Wine Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Even if you have never desired to be a wine connoisseur, this event can spark your interest in wine; particularly the history, the family traditions, and the scent of wine. Participants will learn, not only the different types of wine, but why wine has played such a big role in the many different customs and cultures around the world.
This is a structured team building challenge that has a hint of wellness. After an education on different wines, participants are divided into teams. Teams are then given a specific type of wine and the challenge to assign their own particular tradition and event to the wine. One person is blindfolded, while the others cheer them on and help with hints.
The ultimate goal is to have every member of your team take the wine challenge within the allotted time period, thereby scoring the most points.

Flower Power Challenge
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This challenge combines the beauty of flowers with the power of the mind, and ends with a team building challenge. But where did we get the name? The poet Allen Ginsberg coined the term “flower power” at an anti-war demonstration as a peaceful solution to the unwanted outcomes of war. Around the world various cultures and traditions assign symbolic meanings to flowers. In the UK, the red poppy is a symbol of remembrance of the fallen in war.
This Flower Power Challenge combines both symbolic meanings with a flower’s properties in a fun creative competition. This team building event starts with a group discussion and then participants break out into teams and travel through 3 floral stations. Extra supplies will be earned by answering questions correctly, thereby allowing more creativity and more impressive flower power arrangements.
Each station has a flower in season and instruction on that flower's properties. Then each team creates their own symbolic meaning, and they assemble a flower arrangement. Winners will be chosen on floral arrangement, presentation, creativity, and team inclusiveness.
Yoga with Essential Oils
STARTING AT $2500 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
This is an event for those who are already familiar with yoga and wishing to heighten their experience. At FEV this is our third yoga event and is similar to Breath, Scent & Balance Yoga, but with 2 added bonuses. First, attendees choose a scent to enrich their yoga experience. Second, they will receive a custom FEV Wellness healing/medicinal oil to take home with them.
This is a more in depth yoga experience where participants are taught the energies of different essential oils and how they relate to a more fulfilling yoga practice.
The experience begins with an education on the different essential oils and the effect they have on the human body.
Then an advanced yoga instructor will guide them through a yoga flow enhanced with essential oils. This can be either a group wellness event or done on a flow.
Energy Trio: Massage & Scent
STARTING AT $2500
As you now know, there is magic in the power of 3, and FEV has put together another dynamic trio. In this event you can have all 3: massage for your feet and massage for your neck while your body and mind are bathed in the aroma of essential oils.
Through our energy trio event, attendees can experience relaxation and improvement in their physical, mental, and emotional states.
It begins with a group discussion or a station educating on the powers of massage and scent. Then participants are invited to travel through 3 different energy stations, or simply sit and feel the zen energy in our Cozy Corner with FEV headphones playing relaxing music.
This can be either a group wellness event or done on a flow.

6th Sense
A Trio of Readings
STARTING AT $3000 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
This is also a pièce de résistance, but this time in the 6th Sense category. It is for those groups who don't know anything about Oracle Card, Crystal, or Palm Readings. They can go to one, all 3, or none and just hang out in the Cozy Corner listening to zen music. There are added bonuses: they can just pick up information, choosing not to experience it; or they can jump in to experience first, taking the information second; or just have an experience.

This is definitely a mystical, enlightening, relaxing event with 3 stations: Oracle Card, Crystal, and Palm Reading. This is a favorite for mental health with a mystical 6th Sense experience.
Crystal Readings
STARTING AT $2500 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
Just like with oracle cards, crystal readings are a somewhat unknown tool to increase your 6th sense, although it is gaining popularity. Especially when you think in terms of energy, like we do here at FEV.
Did you know that you are a big ball of energy? You are constantly shifting and changing. You have thoughts, you have emotions. Crystals are channels of energy as well. They do not change as they are stable structures. You will be drawn to different crystals as you shift and change just as you would a person. Energy has intelligence.
Through our Crystal Readings event, we have found that attendees shift their emotional states as they enter into wonderment. We have also seen increased happiness in their physical and mental expressions. This event starts with a group discussion on the properties of different crystals and then teams break out into 3 stations. This can be either a group wellness event or done on a flow.
Oracle Card Readings
STARTING AT $2500 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
Oracle card readings are a fun tool to increase your 6th sense that most people are unaware of. They can be a tool for self-reflection and personal insight. They can help people explore their thoughts and feelings more deeply, and can be used to find inner guidance. Oracle cards can also be used to inspire creativity, or as a way to check in with oneself in the morning before the day ahead.
Oracle card readings can be done by professional readers or by individuals using guidebooks and their intuition. This event incorporates both.
Through our Oracle Card Readings event, this is another FEV event where attendees can experience profound shifts in their physical, mental, and emotional states. This event starts with a lesson and group discussion on the power and uses of oracle cards and then teams break out into 3 stations. This can be either a group wellness event or done on a flow.
Palm Readings
STARTING AT $2500 FOR UP TO 50 PEOPLE
The practice of palm readings is ancient in nature, stemming back centuries. FEV has brought this forth as a fun tool meant to increase wonderment and a look into the mystical side of life.
Palm reading and astrology are both practices that attempt to predict or understand aspects of a person's life. Palm reading is also known as palmistry and is practiced all over the world with roots in Indian astrology and gypsy fortune-telling. We chose to offer palmistry because it is much more accurate than astrology, as the palmist follows multiple pre-defined parameters, like length of line, darkness, crosses, etc.
This event starts with a group discussion on an introduction of the lines in the palm and then groups break out into 3 stations. This can be either a group wellness event or done on a flow.
QiGong Charades
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
Qigong and Charades, they don’t seem to go together, but because we know energy is everything, we have partnered them.
Qigong translates as “energy work”. It is a system of body postures, movements, and breathing used for the purpose of health and spirituality. It has its roots in Chinese medicine and philosophy. Qigong is a practice to cultivate the mythical, yet believable, life force energy called Qi or Chi.
Charades is a gesture and acting game. One person acts out a concept in silence, and the rest of the team has to guess.
Participants will learn 6 beginning Qigong exercises that have been created to flow into one another to create a beautiful experience that can be practiced over and over again. They will then gather into teams to play Charades and test their knowledge of their Qigong experience.
The winning team is honored proving they can use their 6th Sense to master the game of Charades.
6 Senses Bootcamp
STARTING AT $125/PERSON
This is a traditional fitness bootcamp event, and yes you know it, it has an FEV twist - there is something for everyone! There are 6 stations, each with a 3 minute physical activity that connects them with one of their 6 senses.
One can choose an intense workout where they do each rotation 3 times. Or they can choose a medium workout where they do a rotation, take a rest in between, and end with a rotation. Or they can do a light workout, choosing one of the 3 rotations and cheer their teammates on for the remaining 2 rounds.
During cool down, the athlete that stands out in each of the 3 groups will be awarded an honorable mention for their participation and engagement.
Participants will experience the 6 senses while raising their heart rate in a healthy experience as they travel through FEV's 6 sense and fitness stations.
